Experience that creates momentum.
After 25 years with BCF Technology and IMV imaging, I established Gather Momentum Advisory to share my experience with ambitious businesses, owners and leadership teams.
Across my 35-year career, I have led businesses through sustained growth, international expansion, acquisition, integration and significant organisational change. I have built direct and distributor-led commercial organisations, developed long-term partnerships around the world and worked closely with Private Equity owners.
My approach is honest, practical and grounded in experience: understand the real issue, challenge with care and help turn good intentions into measurable progress.
